Should abortion be illegal or legal? If legal, what is the latest the mother could have the abortion? Six months? Three months? If illegal, why do you think it should be illegal? Is abortion murder or not? Should the mother be scrutinized if she does have an abortion? What if she has three of them? Should there be a limit on how many abortions a woman is allowed to have?

I think abortion should be illegal and I do think in a way it's considered murder. A part of me believes that there are certain things that should make abortion okay. If the child will be born with no brain activity (basicly brain dead), if they are going to be born with a sickness, being born a vegetable and living their life in bed, or if the mother was raped. If the mother is getting pregnant and aborts the child everytime, something should be done about it. We shouldn't even be talking about there being a limit because that's just horrible. If people are arguing about the amount of abortions that women should have, then there are obviously too many going on. This is wrong! Women should'nt abort AT ALL unless there's serious health issues that are going to come from the baby.

I believe that abortion should be legal. The latest the mother should have an abortion is by the end of the second trimester. I mean, really i think the mother should be allowed to have an abortion any time before the baby is born, but realisticly speaking i don't think anyone would have an abortion into the third trimester. I don't think abortion is murder. The baby can't live without the mother, therefore if the mother doesn't wish to have the baby it should be her choice to not have it. The mother definantly shouldn't be scrutinized if she has an abortion. There could be a number of reasons for that woman to have an abortion and quite frankly those reasons are nobody's business but that woman's. I do think that there should be a limit to how many you can have. I don't think it should be a new form of birth controll or anything. You shouldn't go out and get pregnant 6 or 7 times and then just get abortions each time, condoms and birth controll pills are around for a reason. Also, my doctor told me that if a woman has more than 3 abortions it is going to be very hard for her to get pregnant later on if she actually wants to and it's planned.
I believe that abortion is considered murder. When a woman becomes pregnant, the baby has already started developing organs. In the first trimester, (about 11 weeks), you can see the rib cage , hands, feet and even some of the organs being formed. But if a bad situation occured such as a girl being raped and she didn't want to keep the child and she wanted to have an abortion. Then that's an undersandable situation but to me, it's still murder. But if it's a teenage girl or a grown woman who just sleeps around and gets pregnant and just have random abortions, I don't think that's right. I think abortions should be legal and should be the woman's decision if she should keep it or not without being scrutinized about her decision. But before the woman decides she does want to go through with the abortion, I think she should sit down and talk to a counselor about it first. I believe that some young girls or even women should talk it out and over before making a final decision.
I think that abortion should be illegal. That's an innocent life that did nothing wrong-just being unwanted by the mother. People should take full resonsiblity of thier actions.I think that it is in a way murder,a life that is stolen and not given a chance to live. Of course, exceptions do exsist,like if the mother was raped,incest, or if the baby was a risk for the mother's life. Other,then that I don't sympathize.
I think that abortion should continue to be legal, only to a certain point. I know abortion is consider as murder, but sometimes getting an abortion is the best way to go. For example, what if a women was to get raped and she got pregnant. She has no other choice , but to get an abortion. Their are so many reason why abortion should remain legal. Its a women decision if she wants to keep her unborn child. Society is trying to get rid of a solution that maybe be best for a family. The only way i would disagree with abortion, is when it comes to the baby almost being born. If you wait 6-8 months in a pregnancy to get an abortion it should be a crime.

I cant really answer that because there are more then just one reason women have abortions. They could have one because they were sexual abuse or raped and got pregnant but their assualter. And that isnt fair for the mother to have to keep that baby. Also what if she knew that the life she was bringing the baby into was going to be bad and that she wasnt going to be able to raise it the way a baby should be raised. What if the baby causes harm to the mother during the pregnance or the child birth, is it fair to risk both of their lives. There are many question that need to be asked before some one could make that decision for a women,but that decision is a personal one for the mother to make. Now i dont beleive in using abortion as a form of birth control. I think that if you are perfectly capable and heatlthy to raise a child and are blessed enough to be able to bear then you should have that baby, dont be selfish. But if the person knows something that others dont that could cause harm any way to the mother or baby i think they should have the choice of aborition.
I think abortion should only be legal in a small amount of situations. If the mother was raped, or if her life was in danger if she when full term. Second trimester should be the cut off. I don't think I can be the judge if it's murder or not. If the woman keeps needing abortions I think she should have her tubes tied or something like that.
Abortion should be illegal, no question there. It should be illegal because it is murder. Just because the baby hasn't been born yet, doesnt' mean that it doesn't exist.
I know it may be a tough heart felt desicion to make, but even if someone were to be raped they should go on with the pregnancy and have the baby. Now obviously they wouldn't have to keep it if they didn't want to. They could give it up for adoption for another family to enjoy the child's pressence.
If a mother were to have an abortion, we as humans have no right to judge her for what she does. We may not like it or beleive it was the right thing to do, but there is no reason to judge someone for that reason, or even at all.
I dont believe abortion is murder in cases. Say a girl gets raped by a man that she does'nt know and and prolbably will never se again. How is that fair? You can never consider that murder because how will you judge? What are you going to do give someone life in jail because they felt likt they werent ready to have a baby yet? Some are put in a bad position and made mistakes. I dont feel its right to know what you are doing and just keep having abortions because you know you can though thats wrong. Abortion is so overated, everybody wants to talk about how it is murder when really its just a decision people should have the right to make.

The word abortion means to me the ending the possibly that a fetus can change into a baby. I see nothing wrong with abortion, as long as it’s still a fetus. When partial birth abortion are wrong. The only time a partial birth abortion is ok is if it needs to be done to save the expecting mother life. Abortion should be legal for anyone over the age of 18teen. If a child would like to have an abortion they need to have a parent with them. The government needs to stay out of Americans lives as much as possible. I don’t think there should be any regulations that say how many abortions someone could have. A mother should not be scrutinized if she has an abortion, never ever. I don’t have to many thoughts on the topic, but if I got someone pregnant I would have an abortion.

I think that it should be legal. The latest I think a mother should have an abortion is around 2 months. I think it is murder I dont care how far along you are that baby inside you is alive, but I can see some cases where it is better for the mother to have an abortion. In cases of rape or if it is more dangerous for the mother to continue with the pregnancy then I could understand the mother wanting to have an abortion. Yeah I definatly think there should be a limit on how many you can have, it shouldnt be used as a form or birthcontrol.
i think abortion should be illegal. I mean if there were special reasons like date rape, or incest, I could see a possibility. To me it is murder, I do not encourage anyone to have an abortion. If you are a young women and you become pregnant, you should not have had sex in the first place. If the young women thinks they are old enough to have sex, they should be old enough to have a baby and pay for the consequences. I am anti abortion

After being in a private Catholic school for 12 years I have been taught to be anti-abortion. But after much thought it is up to the mother because it is her body and essentially her baby. Although I said I was pro-choice I believe that it should be in the first month because if it is any later I believe that it is considered murder. I don't believe a mother should be scrutinized for getting an abortion because everyone makes mistakes. Who are we to judge someone else?

Abortion should be illegal. No women should have any right to have an abortion. Abortion is a easy way out. No one should be able to get a easy way out for anything and definatly not this. When a women gets pregnant that is your time. Obviously it was meant to happen so you should be responsible. No matter if you are two weeks or two months there is a life growing inside of you. I think that it should be up to the mother. Its her child and her body to do what she wants with it. YOur not acually born until the baby comes out right? Lets say the someone were to rape your sister and she was to young to take care of it and not only that, she doesnt want to go through with the baby not having a father all of his life. Its unfair to the unborn child but also unfair for the women. on one hand i would like abortion to be illegal, but my political beliefs say that over legislation is communistic. I do believe that abortion is no different than murdering a child at any age. Also if you are having three abortions you need to get some quarters and go to the gas station and buy some condoms.
