No, it’s not necessary to make fun of someone for their hair color, yet people do it all the time. I don’t really get it. I’ not a blonde but people call me Barbie all the time and try to make a joke about it, so maybe they’re just insecure. I don’t think people are jealous of blondes. Someone may be jealous of someone who is prettier than them who could happen to be blonde but I don’t think the hair color is the whole reason why someone is jealous. Anyone can be a blonde if they want. It’s just hair. I can’t tell you the reason for the jokes but I do know blondes don’t tell these jokes because that would be a stupid thing to do. The hair doesn’t affect your brain.

I think it is very ignorant to make jokes about the color a person choses to wear. A lot of woman choose to dye their hair blond,so it can't be that bad. I think that started in the 1980s.
