I think that when you get mad you become a person you are not. So you lose control and you only think about the moment and not the effect you will have on people after its all said and done. I think that sometimes its good to lose your cool once in a while because you get whats off your chest, then you can come together and talk about it.

When I’m mad I always watch what I say. I can’t stand when people don’t. When your mad and you start running your mouth you can say a lot of damaging things to someone. Even if you don’t mean them. You still said them and that person may never forget it. People apologize because “they don’t mean it.” When it shouldn’t have been said in the first place. Its all about control. Learn to control what comes out of your mouth and you wouldn’t be hurting anyone’s feelings when you don’t mean too.

GOOD QUESTION! i tend to say a lot of mean tings to my girlfriend when I'm upset. i think the reason being, is because we think by saying something mean and horrible will make us feel better about ourselves but at the time don't think about the other person's feelings til after we cool down and think back on what we said to them.

I think most of the people in the world get it honestly from their parents. The older generation used a tone or words to try to get their kids to learn not to. And as they have kids it transfers over to them. The only problem to that is that the longer it is continued to use this harsh violent language eventually it becomes normal and the meaning is lost.

because people dont think before they speak when mad. your heart and mind are going really fast and you just dont care. sometimes they mean it sometimes they dont. it depends on the person. we apologize later because most of the time we have calmed down and are thinking clear. then you feel bad about what you said and then mad at yourself. i think of it before i go to far but sometimes you just cant stop even if you try to.

Emotions can sometimes run high off of adrenalin, in certain cases, which can cloud your thought process without you even realizing it. Some people never think before they speak, so who really cares what they have to say, and I know that I have been so mad I have thought about what i was going to say, but when it came out, my body language said more than the words them self. We all deal with anger in different ways, so just over look and forgive the ignorance!!!!!

It all has to do with a persons patience level. The less patinece you have the more things get to you. When your mad and angry you don't think straight your judgement and train of thought is all jacked up. The reason you apoligize for it later is because you know what you did or said was wrong and you really didn't mean it. Anger always tends to bring the worst out of people.

I personaly think when we get upset it has alot to do with our patiantce. Angry people have a short fuse and dont know how to stop when they start. alot of times i thik it has to deal with when they were yuonger and how they delt with situations or how they saw situations being delt.
