Do you think that the United States Government is following and making laws under the United States Constitution as it was written? Which laws do you think are unconstitutional? Why? and how do you think we should change those laws or actions?

I personaly think that the goverment has alot going on that we dont know about, but we as the people really dont have much say in whats going on unless we stand together and do something about it.
No not at all, just look at the Patriot Act Anyone in government seems to have their own agenda and priotities. I think wer're at a point of change, and the government is unstoppable.
The government that we have today is still corrupted. Although we are going through a period of change. The government doesn't tell us everything, they only tell us what we think we should know. Their are so many different laws and bills that take away from the rights of the ORIGINAL U.S. Consitution. So to say that the government is making laws under the constitutio would be lie. The only way we can change this is if the people of America join together to stop this from continuing. But I doubt that it happens because the people of america are mainly concerned about theirselves and their problems they're is no unity

I think the democrats who are in control of the gov. now dont even know what the constitution says becasue they are wanting to pass laws that are totally against the constitution. Americans have the right to own guns, and run thier own business. we are definetly at a point of change a change in the wrong direction this government now is runnin this great counrty in the dirt.
the government hasn't been following the rules they made for themselves since they were made. there's always a hidden agenda and anybody who questions it disappears. the united states has been slipping from democracy to socialism since day one.

Not to pick a side or change the topic but how can a goverment of today follow a consitution that was made hundereds of years ago. times and techknowledgy has changed and also the socail tolorance of today has expanded so much. Back when the consitution was made if a man were to cheat on his wife he could be put in jail or fined for it. Now it happens all the time like nothing. Its things like that, that keep people in jobs today.

i believe the government makes laws that do follow the constituiton but i believe they do this to cover up laws that may be viewed as unconstituitional. such as the marshall law law, at any point in time this law points that all civilian rights can be stripped and the government has complete control. under marshall law they could send the military to slaughter innocent american citizens. this is wrong for more than just governmental reasons, its very in-humane.
I dont think people know how the constitution works anyway all of the people i know dont even know what it is anyway. i dont think laws follow it either.

I think the goverment is not following the constitution or making laws acording to the constitution today beacuse most of the goverment are demacrats and all the think about is change change change which is a bunch of shit if you ask me.

I think the goverment is not following the constitution, the goverment is getting to involved in our lives and knows everything about us. The constitution was a basis for the goverment and they are other extending thare reach and takin this country down.

Any laws about gun control are unconstitutional. The laws should never restrict gun ownership or dictate when or where you can carry one.
